OR (my favorite) soak some napkins in Jack Daniels and tuck it between your gums and tooth.... it should numb and even if it doesnt you might getta good buzz...(if you do it long enuff) hehe.

Reply:NOOOO! Dont put aspirin on your gums! It burns your gums and makes it worse! The only thing really is that you need an antibiotic... you can wait untill it passes but it will just keep coming back. You need proper attention to your tooth. Also I know of 2 people who have passed away cause from a really bad abscess! Please be careful!
Reply:My home remedy is to always keep a tube of 'ORAGEL' in my purse and at home. It numbs the tooth and gum line. If you try the aspirin, it might work for a while, but can irritate the gum. Don't try anbesol.... it makes your gums sore and slough away from the tooth. Goood luck!.
