My brother has a horrible toothache and unfortunately, he can't get to the Dentist until tomorrow morning. We tried giving him pain killers and those didn't work. Are there any effective home remedies??

He may have to just ride out the pain. Sometimes teeth can be so painful that nothing will help. Depending on where you live, Orabase is a topical and is made by Colgate. It is available over-the-counter at your pharmacy. That may help relieve some of the pain.
Reply:No you may need to go to the E.R if it;s that bad it can't wait..he probably has an infection around that tooth antibiotics need to be taken with pain meds.
Becareful what kinds of pain meds and how much and often you give them and DON"T mix pain meds!!!
