Toothache and swollen gums?

I have a toothache, and a swollen gum it's all red, and swollen in the front. what could this be?

Toothache and swollen gums?
Sometimes it is a sinus infection and it radiates to the tooth. But I would tend to think you have an absesed tooth. Rinse your mouth with warm salt water. Also peroxide works good if there is any infection. But don't swallow it.
Reply:Maybe you should check it out, it sounds serious. Be sure it's not gum disease. So check with your doctor :)
Reply:it sounds like an abscess. get it checked out ASAP.
