Toothache help Please !!!!!!!!!?

I have had toothache all morning but cant see a dentist because its sunday, any ideas how i can stop the pain?


Im starting to consider pulling them out myself.

The best thing for toothache is oil of cloves but it could be difficult to get hold of. Your best bet would be Tesco's today...


Its makes your mouth water like mad but believe me it works and you will be amazed.....


Wont cost the earth either around £2.99.... and you will pass this on to others in the same position in the future, GREAT STUFF...
Reply:Apply some heat to the side of your face. Not too hot but as hot as you can stand. Hold it around the painful area and get some deep heat treatment. It should work. If u have one of those bedtime hot water bottles fill that and hold it as long as u can on your face. Worked every time for me.
Reply:if you have a heating pad use that if not this will sound wacko but get a sock and fill it with slat and out it int he microwave for probably 35-40 seconds and then put it on your face where the tooth hurts and take two aspirins and put them in a glass of water and drink it on the side of the mouth where the hurt tooth is its weird but trust me it works I had an absessed(spelling) tooth that desperatly needed a root canal but it was thanksgiving and no dentals offices were open and thta helped me alot

Reply:My mum always used to put some bicarbonate of soda onto a small pipece of damp cotton wool and place it over the sore tooth. Doesn't taste very nice, but it did soothe it until we could get to a dentist. Sorry you're in pain. Doesn't your dentist have an out of hours emergency number? Not all of them do but it might be worth checking. Good luck.
Reply:wash your mouth out with mouthwash or try gargling with saltwater .I would also suggest taking a pain reliever that will take some of the pain away.good luck

Reply:bite on few cloves...it wud be of temporary relief... or jus pop in some mild pain killers...
Reply:Try taking Advil or Tylenol for the pain. If it gets too bad you will have to go to the emergency department at your hospital. Your tooth could be infected and the only thing that will take the pain away is an antibiotic.
