Toothache help!?

A few months ago i had toothache in my bottom 'lateral incisor' and i went to the dentist and he said it was a perfectly healthy tooth and he even took an x-ray of it and said he couldn't understand what was wrong with me, a few days after this it went away. recently - about a week ago it has come back and it is a constant throbbing pain in the same tooth, however it keeps changing teeth and its really weird, i haven't gone to the dentist because i thought there would be no point, does anybody know whats wrong with me and are there any home remedies to stop it hurting so much. thanks

Toothache help!?
SOMETIMES GRINDIND YOUR TEETH CAN CAUSE THEM TO ACHE. PERHAPS THE TOOTH IS IN TRAUMATIC OCCLUSION MEANING ITS IN A POSITION CAUSING YOU TO PLACE MORE FORCE ON THAT TOOTH. SOMETIMES IT CAN JUST BE PHANTOM TOOTH ACHE. IM A DENTIST AND I EXPERIENCE THAT OCCASSIONALLY. IF THE TOOTH APPEARS TO BE HEALTHY ALL THE DENTIST CAN DO IS TAKE A WATCH AND WAIT APPROACH. HOPE THE PAIN GOES AWAY. X
