Toothache??!!!!..... What does it mean?

I was wondering if anyone can explain my dream. I dream last night as I was having a toothache and I was trying to get direction to the dentist. After asking many people and coming around for a while I finally found it. Then the assistant put me in the dentist's chair and put pressure on my tooth (she was getting it ready for the dentist) which gave me terrible pains almost leaving breathless..... I was waiting for the dentist at the chair but never showed up..... What does this mean? Please explain? Any answere will be appreciate it.
