Toothache question?

I have a toothache so bad that my head and neck are hurting too, is there a reason to this. I've never had a tooth to hurt and cause other pains.

Toothache question?
SEE A DENTIST YESTERDAY, AND MAKE SURE YOU TAKE ALL THE ANTIBIOTICS THE WAY THEY'RE PRESCRIBED. THE REASON FOR THE SEVERE PAIN SPEAKS OF A VERY ACCUTE INFLAMMATORY REACTION WHERE THIS TOOTH IS. IBPROFEN WILL HELP TO BRING DOWN THIS AND WILL HELP WITH THE PAIN. SEE A DENTIST A.S.A.P.
Reply:It is infected and you need antibiotics immediately. After the infection is gone a dentist can evaluate your tooth and determine the best course of action. Don't let it go. You might need an extraction or a root canal. Good luck.
Reply:If cold feels good on your tooth then its abscessed. you should go to the ER if its hurting that bad.
Reply:If you do not visit your dentist twice a year regularly, this problem is not unusual. Should really start when you're a kid. Now you had better see a dentist first. Problems like this will later cause more serious ones, including heart problems. Just do the needful, right now. Wesley
Reply:...please go see a dentist...please call and ask can they squeeze you in...'cause you are in so-o-o much pain...
