Toothache: is it cavity?

For the past two years, on and off, I've been having a toothache that doesn't seem to go away. Two years ago I had two teeth pulled, one was wisdom, one was impacted. I floss, rinse with mouthwash and brush it every day. I've skipped some days, due to not feeling well or tired. I know I should see a doctor soon. But I want to be sure if you guys know what it is before I call. Do you know what causing the pain?

Toothache: is it cavity?
Without looking inside your mouth there is no way anyone can have a clue what is causing the pain. Did you mention this pain to the dentist when saw him for your six month checkup? When you see your dentist during your bi-annual checkup that is the time to tell him about any problems you have been having so he can address the problem and make a note of it on your chart. Not sure how soon your next exam is scheduled for but if this is really bothering you then make an appointment to see your dentist sooner to get this checked out.
Reply:if your tooth root is affected then you will get pain like this.so consult the doctor.keeping the tooth paste on the aching teeth will give some pain relief.
Reply:Clove oil is the best home remedy for toothaches. Even dentists use it. I found the information at

http://aches.in/toothacheremedies.html useful.
Reply:Do the right thing and pay the money and go to a real dentist.
