Question regarding toothache?

How can I tell if I have a toothache/infection, sinusitis or an ear infection? I have a headache mainly over my left eye, my ears are always clogging up when I'm asleep, my glands are swollen/sore throat, my left eye is red, watery and sort of sore (though I think that's from wiping it) and it is swollen when I wake up, and my jaw hurts on one side, top and bottom. I do have a bad tooth there but the tooth itself doesn't seem to hurt. I was thinking of going to the ER but if it IS my tooth, they will just tell me to go to the dentist. Could my tooth be causing all this but the tooth itself not hurt? I was told the tooth needed to be extracted and I did have an abcess on the other side in a different tooth about a month ago. I took antibiotics and it went away.

Question regarding toothache?
