A crazy question about a toothache?

two nights ago i woke up with a terrible toothache my top right third tooth from the back was killing me no throb, no sharp pain it just hurt bad, i went through the day with orajel and asprin last night the pain stopped, and this morning i woke up and the tooth next to it hurts like crazy when i bite something (the other tooth just hurt all the time but i could bite and chew) so know i cant understand how one tooth stopped and the other one started, the pain is even different, both teeth have fillings (the one from today is rather recent) anybody got any ideas as to why?

A crazy question about a toothache?
You have a cold. Sinus congestion causes this.
Reply:A nerve has probably been irratated. Go to the dentist. Do you grind your teeth at night?
Reply:You so crazy!!!!!!
Reply:If you have a hot tooth it is often difficult to locate precisely. Of course you may have 2 distinct dental problems, but this would be quite a coincidence.

As mentioned by someone else sinus problems can cause pain that seems to come from the upper molars, but this will not usually make the teeth acutely tender to biting pressure (there may however be a dull soreness when chewing).

You'll need to go to your dentist, I'm afraid.
