If it matters any I'm 13 and I've had this pain on and off. Please help!! :/

Toothache...?
Before starting a new course of penacillin, you should always check with a doctor or dentist first. Too much, can cause an immunity to the drug, and cause it to become inaffective.

I would certainly suggest giong to see, or at least calling your dentist again. If he/she says tooth is fine, it could be the fact that your teeth are starting to shift around. With extractions, after a few months, the other teeth will start to shift to fill in the gap.

Questions you need to ask yourself before you worry too much!

- Why did you have the teeth extracted in the first place.

Was it because of an infection? Could the infection have spread?

- When did you have the extraction, if it was less than a week ago, it could be a dry socket.

- If it's another tooth in the mouth, not close to the extraction site, you should check with dentist that it's not an infection or dental cavity or wisdom tooth issue.

Remember that pain in the mouth can be 'reffered' pain. Meaning you could have pain on one side of the mouth, but infact the tooth which is causing you pain is comming from the other side of hte mouth completely. - Due to the nerves of the mouth being long and windy. xD

(not sure exactly how to explain, but dentist told me all about it).

Good luck, I hope your teeth are all okay! :)
